If it's a pro players jersey and you want a photo included let us know who it is and we can send you approval
images of both the inscription plaque and photo to approve. By doing this it helps to speed up our already efficient process.
Remember the plaque is fully customizable just let us know what you want on it.
As soon as we receive it we will email you and let you know that it's here. We will begin building it to the specifications
agreed upon. When it's ready we email you a picture of your frame along with the invoice and payment options. Once payment is
received we will courier it out to you, or arrange for you to pick it up:

How do you keep my jersey safe?
We press your jersey neatly with double matting. This keeps it away from the glass,
we do not sew or glue your jersey in place like the majority of those who attempt to frame jerseys.

How do I get my jersey to you?
You can simply send your jersey to us - we'll ship or deliver it
back to you!
We also have a workshop/showroom (visit
us), where you can hand deliver your jersey and go over the design your looking for. This is scheduled so you get all the time you need to go over ideas-

Do you have a retail location?
No. A retail storefront is the major driver of high
custom framing prices.
Instead, we provide shipping and drop-off services from our framing
shop, allowing us to keep prices down.
Do you provide the "extras"?
Yes. We have access to wholesale pricing on sports prints, pins
and more.
We produce our plaques in-house.
If you have your own memorabilia to go in the frame, send it along
with your jersey.
When will I get my jersey?
Please allow about two weeks from the time we receive your jersey.
If you need it done quickly (ie: a gift or special event), we'll try
our best to accommodate you. Just ask!
Can I cancel my order?
There is a $15 administration fee for cancelled orders.
Shipping and Delivery
You can pick up your jersey, or have it shipped.
Note all prices listed below are averages, we need your postal or zip code to check the rate with FedEx. Also we absorb
some of the shipping (due to the parcels oversized nature) and all of the packaging to help make our jersey framing service
available to all, not just those who can visit us. If you would like your parcel sent COD or on your FedEx account please let us know.
